BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Nasdaq Inc revenues increased 5% to $5.89B. Net income increased 27% to $1.19B. Revenues reflect Investment Intelligence segment increase of 19% to $1.08B, Market Technology segment increase of 30% to $463M, Corporate Platforms segment increase of 16% to $613M, Foreign segment increase of 3% to $4.82B. Net income benefited from Investment Intelligence segment income increase of 20% to $694M.
