Melia Hotels International SA, formerly Sol Melia SA, is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the hospitality sector. The Company focuses on the management and exploitation of hotel chains. Its activities are divided into three business segments: Hotels, Real Estate and Club Melia. The Hotels division administrates hotels under management and franchise agreements, operates own or leased hotels, as well as offers other entertainment activities, such as casino games and organized tours.
