The Company operates through three geographical segments: North and Latin America; Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia Pacific (APAC). It is engaged in developing, selling, deploying, servicing, and maintaining software solutions designed to manage supply chains, inventory and omnichannel operations for retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, logistics providers and other organizations. Its solutions consist of software, services, and hardware, which coordinates people, workflows, assets, events, and tasks across the functions linked in a supply chain from planning through execution. Its supply chain solutions consist of three components: Distribution Management, Transportation Management, and Visibility. Its Omni-Channel Solutions include Enterprise Omnichannel Solutions, Omnichannel Solutions for the Store. Its Inventory Solutions include Inventory Optimization and Planning.
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Manhattan Associates, Inc. revenues increased 13% to $663.6M. Net income increased 27% to $110.5M. Revenues reflect Americas segment increase of 13% to $526.2M, EMEA segment increase of 18% to $110.6M, APAC segment remaining flat at $26.9M. Net income benefited from EMEA segment income increase of 41% to $34.7M, Americas segment income increase of 12% to $91.2M.
