The Kratos Government Solutions segment includes the operations of Defense Rocket Support Services, Microwave Electronics Division, Technical and Training Solutions, and Modular Systems, which provide technology-based defense solutions, involving products and services, with the focus relating to the nation's Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance requirements. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 26 December 2021, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc revenues increased 9% to $811.5M. Net income before extraordinary items decreased 100% to $100K. Revenues reflect Kratos Government Solutions segment increase from $187M to $579.6M. Net income was offset by Corporate Activates segment loss increase of 20% to $27.6M, Kratos Government Solutions segment income decrease of 3% to $42.3M.
