The Company has 58 other property interests, primarily through the company’s preferred equity investments and other investments, comprising 6.3 million square feet of GLA. The Company's properties include 10-Federal S.C, 1934 West Gray, 1935 West Gray, 1939 West Gray, 2200 Westlake Retail, 2424 Hylan Boulevard, 280 Metro Center, 580 Market Place, 8000 Sunset Strip S.C., Accent Plaza and Adams Plaza.
