Enel SpA is an Italy-based multinational power company and an integrated operator in the global power, gas and renewables markets. The Company is active in Europe and is present in more than 30 countries, producing energy with over 86 gigawatt (GW) of installed capacity. BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2021, Enel S.p.A. revenues decreased 7% to EUR46.07B. Net income decreased 35% to EUR1.9B. Revenues reflect a decrease in demand for the Company's products and services due to unfavorable market conditions. Net income also reflects Fuel Purchased for Resale increase of 56% to EUR10.91B (expense), Fuel Expense increase of 65% to EUR3.3B (expense).
