Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust is a Singapore-based investment trust with strategic holdings in more than 100 commercial and industrial properties worth over S$6.3 billion and with total assets of more than S$38 billion. The company invests in income generating facilities and properties in key and emerging industries in five major developed markets. The primary markets the company is active in are Australia, Germany, Singapore, the UK and the Netherlands. Frasers L&I has a particularly strong presence in the Australian industrial market.
Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange mainboard on June 20, 2016 and trades under the ticker symbol BUOU. Originally listed under the ticker symbol FLT, a new company was formed through the merger of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust and Frasers Commercial Trust.
The company executes a primary strategy of investing in functioning logistics or industrial properties which have a strong tenant base and income generation capabilities. The company has also taken a global leadership role in the acquisition of sustainable real estate and industrial facilities, winning multiple awards for its environmental commitment.
