BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Fastighets AB Balder revenues increased 10% to SEK8.96B. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased from SEK6.64B to SEK18.51B. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income benefited from Net Operating Income - North increase from SEK218M to SEK586M.
