Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is a developer, operator, and asset manager of mixed-use and transit-oriented development properties. The Company focuses primarily on select urban and transitioning sub-urban markets. It provides a range of real estate asset management services, including development and construction management services, leasing and property management services, debt and equity financing origination, and other related services. It serves private and institutional owners and investors in the real estate properties and various governmental bodies that have a vested interest in public-private partnerships. The Company is engaged in investing capital on behalf of our asset management clients and institutional real estate investors in office, retail, residential and mixed-use properties. It also provides additional real estate services, including corporate planning, capital markets, brokerage, title insurance, design, and environmental consulting and engineering services.
BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2021, Comstock Holding Companies Inc revenues increased 35% to $23.3M. Net income before extraordinary items increased from $1.5M to $15.1M. Revenues reflect Revenues increase of 73% to $10.2M, Revenues increase of 32% to $13.2M. Net income benefited from Interest expense decrease of 39% to $176K (expense), Sales and marketing decrease of 84% to $21K (expense).
