Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is a provider of market infrastructure and tradable products, delivers cutting-edge trading, clearing and investment solutions to market participants. The Company operates through five segments: Options, North American Equities, Futures, Europe, and Global foreign exchange (FX). It offers trading across a diverse range of products in multiple asset classes and geographies, including options, futures, the United States, Canadian and European equities, exchange-traded products (ETPs), global foreign exchange (FX) and volatility products based on the Cboe Volatility Index (VIX Index). BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Cboe Global Markets Inc revenues increased 2% to $3.49B. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased 13% to $527.3M. Revenues reflect Options segment increase of 13% to $1.51B, European and Asia Pacific segment increase of 71% to $240.3M, Futures segment increase of 10% to $120.6M. Net income benefited from Options segment income increase of 25% to $538M.
