BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Castellum AB revenues increased 6% to SEK6.35B. Net income increased from SEK5.62B to SEK11.83B. Revenues reflect Finland segment increase from SEK59M to SEK336M. Net income benefited from Net Operating Income (NOI), Total increase of 6% to SEK6.35B, Valuation of Properties increase of 86% to SEK7.19B (income). Dividend per share increased from SEK6.90 to SEK7.60.
