De segmenten per type vastgoed omvatten kantoren, woningen en hotels. De Vennootschap was eigenaar van of had belangen in ongeveer 201 commerciële vastgoedobjecten, samen goed voor ongeveer 52,8 miljoen netto verhuurbare vierkante voet van voornamelijk klasse A kantoorobjecten, inclusief negen objecten in aanbouw/ontwikkeling voor een totaal van ongeveer 3,4 miljoen netto verhuurbare vierkante voet. Het onroerend goed van de Vennootschap bestaat uit 182 kantoorgebouwen (inclusief negen gebouwen in aanbouw/ontwikkeling); één hotel; 12 winkelgebouwen, zes woongebouwen en één hotel. Haar huurdersbestand omvat sectoren, technologie en media, juridische dienstverlening en biowetenschappen.
