What is LabEx ReFi?
LabEx ReFi (or the European Union on Financial Regulation) is an organisation and research centre led by Professor Christian De Boissieu. It is devoted to the evaluation of regulatory policies. It aims to advance, advise and guide the functioning of financial systems and their regulation.
Where have you heard about LabEx ReFi?
Financed and founded in 2006, LabEx ReFi was established to answer the questions posed by academics whose job it was to research and question the effectiveness of research policies. It was created by Conservatoire National des arts at métiers (CNAM), Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), Pantheon-Sorbonne University and ESCP Europe.
What you need to know about LabEx ReFi.
LabEx ReFi revolves around its three priority areas, which are research, valorization and education. The research projects are compiled by organizing working groups which are led by researchers of professors from partner institutions. LabEx ReFi aims itself at developing programmes that are committed to financial regulation. They have collaborated with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich for a seminar name ‘5 lessons on regulation’, which aims to educate and bring together younger students from partner institutions.
