The CEE Stock Exchange Group is a holding company that owns the stock exchanges of Prague and Vienna. Founded in 2010, its initials originally stood for Central and Eastern Europe Stock Exchange Group.

The CEE Stock Exchange Group owns the Vienna and Prague exchanges, but leaves the running of the two markets to their respective managements. The CEESEG sets the general strategic direction for the group and oversees the group's finances. For a time, the CEESEG owned also stakes in the Budapest Stock Exchange and the exchange in Ljubljana in Slovenia, but these holdings were sold in 2015. CEESEG said at the time that it planned a focus on selling IT and data services and on co-operating with stock markets in the region. It added that it remained committed to ownership of the Austrian and Czech exchanges.
