PSP Swiss Property AG is a Switzerland-based real estate holding company. It is organized into three business segments: Real Estate Investment, which includes the real estate business and comprises all properties of the Company; Real Estate Management, which includes all services and activities with regard to the management of the Company’s own real estate portfolio, and Holding, which covers the traditional corporate functions, such as finance, legal, investor and public relations, human resources and information technology. The Company owns approximately 170 offices and commercial properties, as well as nine development sites throughout Switzerland, mainly in Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Bern and Lausanne. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, PSP Swiss Property AG revenues increased 92% to SF806.6M. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased from SF292.1M to SF595M. Revenues reflect Net changes in fair value of real estate increase from SF101.6M to SF464.9M, Income from property sales (inventories) increase of 41% to SF65.7M. Net income benefited from Net Rental Income Zurich increase of 19% to SF171M.
