The Company’s product portfolio consist of approximately 20 brands, which include Gower, Interior Solutions, Magnet, Parma Keittiot, Norema and Sigdal, among others. Nobia AB operates in three geographic regions: the United Kingdom (UK), the Nordic region and Continental Europe. The Company’s sales are conducted directly to consumers through a network of more than 600 own and franchise stores, and to professional customers in retail and new-builds. The Company’s subsidiaries include Nobia Sverige AB, Nobia Production Sweden AB, Nobia Denmark A/S, HTH Kok Svenska AB, Nobia Denmark Retail A/S and Novart OY, among others.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Nobia AB revenues increased 8% to SEK13.72B. Net income increased from SEK253M to SEK706M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Dividend per share increased from SEK2.00 to SEK2.50. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from SEK1.50 to SEK4.19.
