A federation that brings together all of the collective or mutual funds organisations that operate out of the Ibero America region – the American countries and territories that are predominantly Spanish and Portuguese speaking. The federation was formed in 2007.

The federation has integrated the mutual funds associations of each country with the intention of promoting the development, growth and consolidation of the mutual fund market as an option for the funding and saving for each country’s production sectors in the most accessible ways. It aims for members to share knowledge and experience between each other, and the federation organises annual meetings that are attended by representatives from all countries included, as well as representatives from the institutions they represent and the authorities that regulate them.
