Established and managed by Dragon Capital Management Limited, it primarily invests in listed and pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO) companies in Vietnam that operate across diversified sectors. It mainly targets the value and growth stocks of companies. When creating its portfolio, the fund considers factors, such as good corporate governance and alignment to Vietnam’s underlying growth drivers. It benchmarks its portfolio performance against the VN30 Index, the VN index, and the MSCI EM Index. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest shareholder that owns over 11% of the company’s shares.
