BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Yanlord Land Group Limited revenues increased 46% to RMB34.83B. Net income increased 2% to RMB2.66B. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was partially offset by Fair value gain on investment properties decrease of 88% to RMB133.4M (income).
