BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Pennant Group Inc revenues increased 12% to $439.7M. Net income decreased 83% to $2.7M. Revenues reflect Home Health and Hospice Services segment increase of 22% to $309.6M. Net income was offset by General and administrative expense - Bal increase of 14% to $34M (expense), Rent-cost of services increase of 4% to $40.9M (expense).
