In addition, it engages in the sale of gasoline, diesel, heating oil, aviation fuel, marine fuel, liquefied natural gas (LNG) for transport, lubricants, bitumen, and sulphur; and production and sale of petrochemicals for industrial customers, as well as refining, trading and supply, marketing, and pipelines businesses. Further, it is involved in the exploration, production, processing, and sale of hydrocarbons; and production of base chemicals comprising ethylene, propylene, and aromatics, as well as intermediate chemicals, such as styrene monomer, propylene oxide, solvents, detergent alcohols, ethylene oxide, and ethylene glycol. Additionally, the company markets and trades in natural gas, LNG, crude oil, electricity, and carbon-emission rights. It holds interests in 21 refineries; and approximately 125 supply and distribution terminals. It sells fuels under the Shell V-Power brand.
