The Nightclubs segment operates adult entertainment nightclubs through several brands, such as Rick's Cabaret, Jaguars Club, Tootsie's Cabaret, XTC Cabaret, Club Onyx, Hoops Cabaret and Sports Bar, Scarlett's Cabaret, Temptations Adult Cabaret, Foxy's Cabaret, Vivid Cabaret, Downtown Cabaret, Cabaret East and Silver City Cabaret, among others. This segment also operates one dance club under the brand name Studio 80. The Bombshells segment owns and operates restaurants and sports bars in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Spring, Pearland, Tomball and Katy, Texas under the brand name Bombshells Restaurant & Bar. Other segment owns a media division (Media Group), including the trade magazine serving the adult nightclubs industry and the adult retail products industry.

BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 December 2021, RCI Hospitality Holdings Inc revenues increased 61% to $61.8M. Net income increased 10% to $10.6M. Revenues reflect Night Clubs segment increase of 86% to $46.8M, Bombshells segment increase of 14% to $14.8M. Net income was partially offset by General Corporate segment loss increase of 23% to $5.6M, Operating Margin - Restaurant decrease of 9% to 19%. Dividend per share remained flat at $0.04.
