Patrick Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of component and building products and materials serving original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) primarily in the recreational vehicle (RV), marine, manufactured housing (MH) and industrial markets. Its Manufacturing segment includes laminated products for furniture, shelving, walls and countertops; decorative vinyl, wrapped vinyl, paper laminated panels and vinyl printing; solid surface, granite and quartz countertops; fabricated aluminum products; and other products. Its Distribution segment provides pre-finished wall and ceiling panels, drywall and drywall finishing products, interior and exterior lighting products, wiring, electrical and plumbing products, transportation and logistics services and other products. The Company operates through a network that includes approximately 174 manufacturing plants and 64 warehouse and distribution facilities located in 23 states with presence in China and Canada.
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Patrick Industries, Inc. revenues increased 64% to $4.08B. Net income increased from $97.1M to $224.9M. Revenues reflect Manufacturing segment increase of 69% to $2.93B, Distribution segment increase of 52% to $1.15B. Net income benefited from Manufacturing segment income increase of 99% to $379.9M, Distribution segment income increase of 95% to $106.2M. Dividend per share increased from $1.03 to $1.17.
