Monday.com Ltd. (MNDY) is a cloud-based software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. Its platform, Work OS, was developed to give companies greater project management capabilities.

Founded in 2012 by Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, the company was originally called dapulse. It received $1.5m in seed funding in August 2012 and spent the following two years developing the prototype that would later become monday.com. The platform launched commercially in 2014 and the business rebranded as monday.com in 2017.
Work OS allows customers to efficiently manage every aspect of their projects. Customers can create workflow applications tailored to their specific needs or choose from more than 200 pre-built templates. Communication and file sharing takes place within Work OS, avoiding the need for emails, and team members have complete visibility of how projects are progressing.
Work OS also provides a comprehensive range of data analysis features. Users can quickly see the information that matters most, such as how fast team members are completing tasks, an overview of team workload or to check if a project is still on schedule.
Since launching in 2014, monday.com has been through five funding rounds, raising more than $230m. In March 2021, the company had over 127,000 subscribing customers around the world.

On 17 May 2021, the company announced its intention to launch an initial public offering (IPO). A further press release dated 1 June said the offer would be priced between $125 and $140 a share.
The IPO took place on 10 June 2021, with shares priced above the previously-suggested range at $155 a share. After opening on the Nasdaq at $173.15, the MNDY share price quickly rose to an intraday high of $182 before falling to $155.01. The stock then had a strong recovery, ending the first trading session at $178.87 a share.
