Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Singapore. The company describes itself as the “first pure-play data centre REIT listed in Asia”. While the majority of REITs focus on retail, residential, or office spaces, Keppel DC broke the mould, opting to focus its investment strategy on real estate assets which are primarily used for data centre purposes.

Keppel DC reported strong financial performance in FY 2020 on the back of three European acquisitions, leading to a 20.5 per cent increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to S$0.0917, with a reported distributable income of S$156.9m, up 38.6 per cent from the previous year.

The company was publicly listed on the SGX on December 12, 2014, opening at S$0.9466 and closing the first trading session at S$0.9321. Based on the AJBU stock chart, the share price had been on a rise since the IPO, hitting an intraday all-time high of S$3.16 on October 16, 2020. After slipping slightly in December 2020, the stock soared from S$2.7 on December 15 to S$3.03 on January 8, 2021. The AJBU share price then started dropping until it bottomed out at S$2.54 on March 9, 2021.
