BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Industrivarden AB revenues increased from SEK8.67B to SEK26.86B. Net income increased from SEK8.44B to SEK26.59B. Revenues reflect Change in fair value of financial assets increase from SEK8.01B to SEK18.77B, Dividend income increase from SEK657M to SEK8.08B. Net income benefited from Management cost decrease of 2% to SEK127M (expense). Dividend per share decreased from SEK8.25 to SEK6.75.
