The Company is a provider of ready-to-drink (RTD) protein shakes, other RTD beverages, powders, nutrition bars and nutritional supplements. It operates through protein-based consumer goods. The Company’s primary brands are Premier Protein and Dymatize. Premier Protein’s product portfolio consists of RTD protein shakes, refreshing protein beverages, nutrition bars and protein powders. Dymatize brand’s portfolio includes an assortment of sports nutrition products, including primarily protein powders as well as nutritional supplements. Its products are distributed across a diverse network of channels, including club, food, drug and mass (FDM), e-commerce, specialty and convenience.
BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 December 2021, Bellring Brands Inc revenues increased 9% to $306.5M. Net income increased 5% to $8.2M. Revenues reflect Powders segment increase of 44% to $50.8M, Shakes and other RTDs segment increase of 5% to $245M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from $0.20 to $0.21.
