Atrium Ljungberg AB, formerly LjungbergGruppen AB, is a Sweden-based company that is active within the real estate sector. The Company is engaged in the ownership, development and management of real estate property, principally in Stockholm, Malmo and Uppsala in Sweden. The Company also owns properties in Ostersund, Vasteras and Halmstad. Its property portfolio is comprised of office and retail properties, as well as residential real estate. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Atrium Ljungberg AB revenues increased 7% to SEK3.09B. Net income increased from SEK867M to SEK3.76B. Revenues reflect Project Development segment increase from SEK23M to SEK394M. Net income benefited from Net Operating Income (NOI) increase of 7% to SEK1.67B, Properties Unrealised increase from SEK119M (expense) to SEK3.04B (income). Dividend per share increased from SEK5.05 to SEK5.20.
