About AIMS APAC REIT

AIMS APAC REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Trust's principal activity is to invest in a portfolio of industrial real estate located across the Asia Pacific, including warehousing and distribution activities, business park activities and manufacturing activities. The Company's geographical segments include Singapore and Australia. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 28 properties, of which 26 properties are located throughout Singapore, a property located in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and an interest in one business park property, Optus Centre, which is located in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia. The Trust is managed by AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited.

Financial summary

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2021, AIMSAPAC REIT revenues increased 13% to SP$65.2M. Net incomeapplicable to common stockholders increased from SP$5.9M toSP$66M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for theCompany's products and services due to favorable marketconditions. Net income benefited from Net change in FV ofinvestment propertie decrease from SP$21.3M (expense) toSP$15.1M (income).
