OMX Nordic Exchanges refers to Nasdaq Nordic - subsidiaries of Nasdaq, Inc - that provide financial services and operate marketplaces for securities in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The following exchanges, with official market names in brackets, are operated by Nasdaq Nordic: Copenhagen Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Copenhagen); Stockholm Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Stockholm); Helsinki Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Helsinki); Tallinn Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Baltic); Riga Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Baltic); Vilnius Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Baltic); Iceland Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Iceland) and the Armenian Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Armenia).

The Nordic Exchanges trade shares, premium bonds, retail bonds, convertible loans, exchange-traded funds and warrants. One of its main indices is the OMX Nordic 40, which tracks the 40 most traded stocks on the exchange.
