The list of brands and subsidiaries includes Pulte Homes, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, and Pulte Mortgage. The latter unit provides lending services to almost 400,000 clients throughout the country, beginning its services in 1972. Pultegroup stock constitutes the S&P 500 market index.
