MNTN, Inc. Investigation Initiated: Levi & Korsinsky Investigates The Officers and Directors of MNTN, Inc. (MNTN)

By ACCESS Newswire

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / November 6, 2026 / Levi & Korsinsky notifies investors that it has commenced an investigation into MNTN, Inc. ("MNTN, Inc.") (NYSE:MNTN) concerning potential violations of the federal securities laws.

MNTN, Inc Class A shares fell after the Company reported Q3 2026 financial results that missed guidance and consensus estimates, alongside a full-year guidance cut and executive turnover. For Q3 2026, the Company reported GAAP EPS of $0.10 against a $0.25 consensus estimate, and revenue of $80.3 million compared to company guidance of $86 million to $89 million. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $19.9 million versus guidance of $22 million to $25 million. MNTN also lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance from $347 million to $357 million down to $311 million to $314 million. The Company attributed the miss primarily to a failed sales-compensation restructuring that resulted in the departure of approximately 40% of its experienced quota-carrying salespeople, coinciding with the same-day replacement of its Chief Executive Officer. Previously, on August 4, 2026, Chief Executive Officer Mark Douglas described the Company as "strengthening our go-to-market organization," and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Pohlen reiterated full-year revenue guidance. Furthermore, MNTN's Form 10-Q filed on August 10, 2026, allocated $1.141 million of restructuring costs to sales and marketing without expressly detailing the sales-force attrition. The investigation concerns whether MNTN, Inc Class A adequately disclosed the operational impact and sales-force departures stemming from its restructuring plan ahead of its Q3 2026 earnings release.
