Tubacex SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the steel industry. The Company's main activity is the manufacture, distribution and sale of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. The Company’s product portfolio also includes hollow bars, steel and fittings. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Tubacex SA revenues decreased 24% to EUR365M. Net loss applicable to common stockholders increased 27% to EUR32.2M. Revenues reflect a decrease in demand for the Company's products and services due to unfavorable market conditions.
