The Company makes and sells primarily snacks, including biscuits, such as cookies, crackers and salted snacks, chocolate, gum and candy as well as various cheese and grocery and powdered beverage products. Its segments include Latin America, AMEA, Europe and North America. Its portfolio includes snack brands, such as Cadbury, Milka and Toblerone chocolate; Oreo, belVita and LU biscuits; Halls candy; Trident gum and Tang powdered beverages. The Company sells its products to supermarket chains, wholesalers, supercenters, club stores, mass merchandisers, distributors, convenience stores, gasoline stations, drug stores, value stores and other retail food outlets. It has operations in approximately 80 countries and sells its products in over 150 countries. The Company's subsidiaries include Mondelez Argentina S.A., Mondelez Oesterreich Production GmbH and Mondelez Australia Holdings Pty. Ltd., among others.
