The Company's subsidiaries are primarily engaged in property investment, property development and construction, property management, investment trading, and investment holding and management. The Company operates through three segments: Property investment, Property development and construction and Property management. Property investment segment includes investments in investment properties. Property development and construction segment develops retail and residential units, including the sale of residential units and construction of a hotel. Property management segment provides maintenance and management services.
