Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company. The Company is developing tumor-targeted therapies that leverage the power of the innate and adaptive immune systems. Its Immune-Stimulating Antibody Conjugate (ISAC) approach uses immunostimulants to engage and activate myeloid cells, including macrophages and dendritic cells, that kill tumor cells via phagocytosis and expose tumor neoantigens to the adaptive immune system.
