BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, AlarmCom Hldg Inc revenues increased 21% to $749M. Net income decreased 33% to $52.3M. Revenues reflect Alarm.Com segment increase of 21% to $711.5M, Other segment increase of 5% to $42.8M. Net income was offset by Other segment loss increase from $2.9M to $9.6M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from $1.59 to $1.05.
