Unicaja announced on Wednesday it would hold an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on Nov 17.


ACS ACS.MC

ACS said on Wednesday its CIMIC Unit UGL had won three packages for clean energy link-east.

Also, JP Morgan initiated coverage with an overweight rating; target price €127 ($142.39).


AMPER APE.MC

Amper said on Wednesday it was negotiating the acquisition of Advanced Radar Technologies following reports on the potential transaction and has not entered into any binding agreement.


TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica Deutschland has partnered with Revolut and mobile-services enabler 1GLOBAL to offer mobile plans to the digital bank's more than 3 million German customers using O2's network, expanding its wholesale strategy through digital-platform partnerships, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday.


ACCIONA ANA.MC

Acciona is seeking offers valuing Acciona Energia's equity at €9 billion to €10 billion for a control acquisition that would likely lead to a full takeover and delisting, with Ardian and an EQT-Norges Bank consortium remaining in the process, Cinco Dias reported on Thursday, citing financial sources familiar with the matter.


PROSEGUR PSG.MC

Prosegur has created a Technology & Defense unit to develop military modernisation programmes, aiming for the business to generate 25% of Prosegur Security's revenue within two years through capabilities including drones, AI, cyberdefence and secure communications, the company's Global Defense and Technology Director Manuel Rodriguez told Spanish newspaper Expansion in an interview published on Thursday.
