Omniyat Holdings Ltd, the obligor under theU.S.$2,000,000,000 Trust Certificate Issuance Programme of Omniyat Sukuk 1Limited, announces the appointment of Adil Mohamed Hassan Taqi and Ishan Gargato its board of directors with effect from 14 October 2026.
Both are employees of the Omniyat group and aretherefore not considered independent.
Mahdi Kadhim M. Jawad Amjad and Anthony JosephDavid Richard Manning shall remain as directors.
