** SpaceX SPCX.O is in talks to buy EchoStar's wireless service Boost Mobile or gain access to its network, which it leases from AT&T T.N and T-Mobile TMUS.O, the Washington Post reports

** Shares of T-Mobile and AT&T down nearly 2% and 1%

** SPCX and ECHO did not immediately respond to Reuters' requests for comment

** All eight brokerages covering ECHO rate it "buy" or higher; their median PT is $130, according to data compiled by LSEG
