Bnode names Nicolas Baise CEO of Bpost unit, two executives to leave

Oct 23 (Reuters) - Belgian logistics group Bnode, formerly bpostgroup, on Friday named Chief Operations Officer Nicolas Baise as CEO of its Bpost business unit, effective January 1, 2027.

Baise replaces Chris Peeters, who has held the post on an interim basis since May 2025 alongside his group CEO role.

The company also said Chief Commercial Officer Christel Dendas and Chief Digital Officer Frank Croket will leave the company. Croket will remain during a transition period.
