Array Expands Court Reporting Services in Chicago

By GlobeNewswire

CHICAGO, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Array, a technology-driven litigation support and legal technology company, today announced it is expanding its court reporting services into the Chicago market. The service expansion gives law firms, corporate legal departments, and government legal teams in the region more flexibility in how they manage depositions and access testimony throughout the litigation process.

With the expansion, Chicago-area legal teams can access Array’s network of experienced local court reporters for in-person proceedings, as well as remote court reporting services. Clients can also choose to incorporate Prevail, Array’s AI-powered deposition platform partner.

Deployed as part of Array’s testimony intelligence platform, Prevail combines AI-powered deposition technology with Array’s expertise to help legal teams access testimony faster and work with the record more efficiently. The platform captures and transcribes testimony in real time, giving attorneys earlier access to deposition content and additional ways to review, manage and use testimony as a matter progresses.

“Chicago is one of the country’s most important legal markets, and expanding our court reporting capabilities here is a natural next step for Array,” said Eddie Reeves, Executive Vice President, Business Development. “We want to give legal teams more choice in how they approach depositions and how quickly they can begin working with the testimony that comes from them.”

Array’s expanded offering means Chicago-area law firms and legal departments can turn to Array for court reporting alongside its already available eDiscovery, document review and document production capabilities. Array provides a one-stop-shop where legal teams can more easily choose the support they need at each stage of a matter.

“Choice is becoming increasingly important as litigation practices and technology continue to evolve,” Reeves said. “Some proceedings call for a traditional in-person approach, while others are better suited for remote or technology-enabled options. Adding our court reporting services in Chicago allows us to meet clients where they are and give them options under one provider.”

The Chicago expansion is part of Array’s continued focus on growing its court reporting and other offerings, while investing in technologies and services that help legal teams work more efficiently across the lifecycle of litigation.
