Majority of its total bottle/can sales volume to retail customers consist of products of The Coca-Cola Company. Sparkling beverages are carbonated beverages and the Company's principal sparkling beverage is Coca-Cola. Still beverages include energy products and noncarbonated beverages such as bottled water, tea, ready-to-drink coffee, enhanced water, juices, and sports drinks. The Company operates in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Coca-Cola Consolidated Inc revenues increased 11% to $5.56B. Net income increased 10% to $189.6M. Revenues reflect Nonalcoholic Beverages segment increase of 11% to $5.43B, All Other segment increase of 10% to $366.9M. Net income was partially offset by All Other segment loss increase of 55% to $17.5M. Dividend per share remained flat at $1.00.
