** Shares of defense and space tech firm Voyager Technologies VOYG.N sink 16.6% to $31.30, a seven-week low, on Weds as co looks to raise capital

** VOYG stock on track for record daily pct decline since Jun 2025 IPO

** Denver, Colorado-based firm late Tues announced it's offering privately $350 mln convertible bonds due Oct 15, 2032

** It intends to use net proceeds for general corp purposes, and some to fund capped call transactions to mitigate potential dilution

** With move on the session, shares down ~20% YTD

** Co had roughly $2.3 bln market cap through Tues close

** Of 11 analysts covering VOYG, 9 rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", 2 rate "sell"; median PT $48, per LSEG
