** Irvine, California-based Viant says it and a stockholder decided to withdraw 8.5 mln share offering due to current market conditions, per an SEC filing

** DSP shares finished down 19% on Thurs, suffering their steepest decline since Mar 4, 2025, after co late Weds launched offering by an entity tied to Viant co-founders and brothers Tim, Chris and Russ Vanderhook

** At Thurs close, DSP shares down ~17% YTD

** All 11 analysts covering the stock are bullish; median PT $19, per LSEG data

** Viant IPOd in 2021 at $25
