** British teleco acquires TalkTalk out of administration and expects about £400 million ($528.24 million) cash impact from the deal in fiscal 2027

** Co reconfirms all FY27 and multi-year financial outlook metrics, excluding the effects of deal

** BT expects a regulatory review over the coming weeks

** Culture minister Lisa Nandy intervened in the deal plan citing risks to public services and vulnerable customers

** YTD, BT stock had risen ~8% so far this year
