TeraWulf doubles power capacity at Kentucky data center campus; shares rise

** Shares of data-center developer TeraWulf WULF.O rise 3.2% to $16 premarket

** TeraWulf signs amended agreement with Kentucky Power, an American Electric Power AEP.O company, increasing contracted power capacity at its Muskie Data Campus in eastern Kentucky to 1 gigawatt from 500 megawatts

** The agreement brings forward the planned delivery of the campus's second 500 MW phase to 2029 from 2030, subject to Kentucky Public Service Commission approval and Kentucky Power's construction schedule

** Deal expected to provide $100 million in winter bill credits funded by TeraWulf for Kentucky Power's residential customers over the first 10 years of the contract

** Up to last close, stock had risen 34.8% YTD
