StubHub gains after Citigroup upgrades to 'buy'

** Citigroup upgrades rating on stock to "buy" from "neutral"; cuts PT to $7 from $9

** Says some investors are skeptical of co's raised EBITDA forecast, "given the World Cup tailwind in 1H26," but "based on robust app downloads in 3Q26, we believe co will report 3Q26 Adj. EBITDA above expectations, allowing the firm to deliver FY26 Adj. EBITDA near the high end of the firm’s guidance," says Citigroup
