Proact IT Group AB: Invitation: Proact IT Group’s Capital Markets Day 2026

Proact IT Group invites investors, analysts, media and other stakeholders to its Capital Markets Day on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at Hotel At Six in Stockholm. The event will be held in a hybrid format and can be attended in person or followed via webcast.

During the afternoon, President and CEO Magnus Lönn, together with CFO Åsa Regen Jansson and members of Group Management, will present Proact’s strategy, market position and view on long-term value creation. The program includes in-depth sessions from the business areas and a review of the company’s financial performance.

The presentations will conclude with a Q&A session where participants on site and online can put questions to Group Management.

Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2026

Time: Registration opens at 13:00 CET. The presentations and webcast start at 13:30 CET and are expected to end at around 17:30 CET, followed by networking for on-site participants.

Venue: Hotel At Six (Studio 9), Brunkebergstorg 6, Stockholm

Registration: Registration is required for both in-person and online participation via https://proactitgroup.events.inderes.com/cmd-2026. The last day to register for in-person attendance is November 4. Seating is limited, and in-person attendance is confirmed only once a confirmation has been sent by email.
