ROME, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Italian fuel prices at petrol stations on roads and motorways fell on Monday after state-controlled energy group Eni ENI.MI and Azerbaijan-led SOCAR said on Friday they introduced a price cap to help households and businesses cope with surging energy costs, data from Italy's industry ministry showed.
